- *Mediation Services
*Mediation is a process in which a neutral third party helps people in conflict resolve their differences. The mediator's role is to help the parties communicate and work out their own solutions, without deciding who is right or wrong. Mediation is informal, confidential, and voluntary.
We treat clients with compassion and empathy along with being zealous advocates. We are dedicated to minimizing conflict for families and strive to be problem solvers. While we actively participate in various methods of dispute resolution, we are also tenacious litigators. In our family law practice, we are experienced in assisting clients and families with complex issues such as high net worth property divisions, business valuations, division of stocks and retirement accounts, and high conflict custody disputes. On the criminal defense side, we are strategic and will help you understand your legal rights and options. Whether you are charged with a misdemeanor or serious felony, we have a proven track record and we get results.
